Idk what anyone else is talking about but my stay here is fantastic. I love every second of it. The maintenance team makes sure the lot stays clean and neat. The front desk clerk helps me with speed and great service every time. And the housekeepers do an excellent job of restoring my room to its cleanest version of itself. Big shoutout to Jane for keeping the room clean.
Rooms are a good size. This is my go to hotel for Hendersonville. Great prices clean and great staff. Laundry facility on site. Kitchen in rooms have 2 burner stove and apartment size refrigerator
So the reason why I'm getting service no stars is because I have no idea how service is haha I don't live in these rooms but my brother does and whenever I first walked in there it's actually pretty nice there's a very small kitchen and it's a decent size I'm guessing living room for your bed and everything and the bathroom is not bad I mean for one person it's honestly not that bad but I do wish that they didn't rent every two weeks and not weekly I think it will work better for a lot of people in my opinion but other than that the location it's actually pretty good I mean it is considered I want to say Hendersonville but other than that I mean if you want to live somewhere and you don't want to have to deal with the outsider or anything or not even deal with the inside I mean living in something like this would it be very ideal but you got to make sure you are single if you want a life where you don't have much responsibilities

I've had the best almost 6 months here at the Hendersonville tn in town suites.....it's so clean and comfortable.... We check out tomorrow to move in to our new house here in Hendersonville....we are from Madison....so happy to be out of the Davidson county area ...our time here has been ahhhhhhmazing.....I would recommend it for sure.....thank you in town suites staff...you have been wonderful.....thank you for new Sumner county memories to be made.....
My rental was sold in December, and I needed somewhere to go quickly. I chose an extended stay because I needed a quiet, stable place while working through my next steps. I had never stayed at an extended stay before, so I was relieved to find this location. I’m currently in the process of buying a home and wasn’t sure how long the transition would take, but I’ve been here about a month so far. The Hendersonville location has been perfect for getting back to Gallatin for work, and I really appreciate the rates. The studio setup has all the essentials I need — a sink, burner, fridge, and eating area — which has made things comfortable during my stay. For the most part, it has been quiet, and the staff has been kind and helpful. One night I got locked out due to a misunderstanding with my payment setup, but it was resolved and wasn’t their fault. During the recent winter storm, the power stayed on, although the TV went out, which wasn’t a big issue for me since I use my phone. Housekeeping is scheduled once a wk (typical for ext stays) my room was missed two weeks in a row, even though weekly cleaning is expected. I do tidy up myself, so it wasnt a major issue for me. Parking has been great, and I’ve often been able to park right in front of my room. Since I work early mornings and leave around 4:30 a.m., safety was very important to me. I’ve felt safe here the entire time — otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with my experience, and this will definitely be my go-to place whenever I need a stay in the future, whether unexpected or just for a short getaway.
